DocumentCare is a GST billing and accounting platform that allows businesses to create invoices, manage inventory, track parties, and generate GST reports.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
You may not use DocumentCare for any unlawful purpose, to create fraudulent invoices, or to violate any applicable laws including GST regulations.
You own your business data. DocumentCare processes it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
DocumentCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
